I am writing to confirm that Breakfast Club and ClubXtra will re-open on Monday 8th March 2021 and we will resume charging all contract holders for their contracted days.
Once again we have applied credit notes to all SIMS Pay accounts to cover this latest school closure (4th January to 5th March 2021 – 8 weeks), therefore, no contract holders were charged for either service during this latest lockdown period.
These credit notes were calculated by deducting X 8 weeks of attendance from your annual club charges, and were applied to SIMS Pay between 1st March & 2nd March 2021.
Please see the table below for a breakdown of the credit notes applied, plus an example of how they were calculated.

Breakfast Club Contract 2020-2021
= £3.50 X 1 session X 1 week = £3.50 X 8 weeks (closure) = £28 CREDIT NOTE
