Dear parents/carers

We are running a smaller selection of mostly outdoor sports clubs for the summer term with the intention of having clubs fully up and running from September. 

In order to ensure we are offering the range of clubs children would be interested in joining, we will be sending home a questionnaire later in the term. The questionnaire will ask you and your child what you think about current clubs and what you would like to see on offer for September. We will then use this information to build upon our clubs programme and will send details to you before the end of this term.

Our clubs will commence from 17^th May 2021 for an 8-week run (excluding half term w/c 31 May 2021). Clubs will be available to book on SIMS Pay / events from Tuesday 11^th May 2021.

We realise that club interest will be high, so in order to offer as many club places as possible, some of our multi-sports and football clubs will start at a slightly earlier or later time (3.00 pm or 3.45 pm).

Please note ALL club members will remain supervised in school until the club session commences at this revised later time (3:45pm) – please see our timetable for full details, year groups and revised start and collection times: TIMETABLE SUMMER 2021

We reserve the right to cancel a club if not enough children sign up for it, however, we will issue a full refund if this is necessary. Also, if your child is unsuccessful in enrolling in a club this term, they will be added to our priority waiting list for their first choice next academic year.

To book a club place you will need to PAY IN ADVANCE via SIMS Pay / Events, unfortunately we cannot accept vouchers as payment is required in advance.

Club places need to be booked by Thursday 13^th May. To book a club place after this date please contact the office.

IMPORTANT – If your child requires additional support at school, you will need to discuss your club application with Miss Johnson (SENCO) prior to your child starting their club/s.

Once your card payment has been authorised your club place is provisionally secured, however if the club is undersubscribed or is unsuitable for your child e.g. is not the appropriate age for the club etc., you will be contacted by Friday 14^th May and you will receive a full refund.

How do I book a club place?

• Log onto your SIMS Pay account & select ‘Events’ between Tuesday 11^th & Thursday 13^th May
• Add your desired club choice/s to your shopping basket
• Make payment – as soon as your online payment is processed (SIMS Pay – transactions) your child’s club place is provisionally booked!

We will confirm club places for all enrolled members via text message by Friday 14^th May.
