Dear club members,

Just a reminder that the final payment instalment date for our childcare services is this week. Please ensure that all club fees are paid in full before the end of term.

Our club contract prices are set to rise from September 2021 as follows:

• Breakfast Club increases from £3.50 to £4.50 per child per session (if you sign up for 5 days per week you are only charged for 4 days)

• ClubXtra increases from £11.50 to £12.50 per child per session
• Sibling/s increases from £10.50 to £11.50 per child per session

• ClubXtra Ad Hoc increases from £12.50 to £13.50 per child per session (please ensure you pre-book ALL Ad Hoc sessions via the school office)

• ClubXtra Late Fees – there is a £6.00 late fee for children collected after 6.00pm, which is charged for every 15 minutes you are late collecting.

It is necessary to increase our childcare costs to cover adequate staffing levels.

All contracts end on 22nd July 2021 and all members will need to sign new contracts to access our services from September 2021.

If your current account is not paid in full you will not be permitted to sign up for clubs from September 2021.
