Group 1 was in charge of making lunch today! We made two types of burgers – beef and pork & apple. Each group had to follow a specific recipe and we made sure to follow strict food hygiene rules to keep everything clean and safe. We practised our knife skills, chopping onions for the burgers and preparing ingredients from the farm garden to use in our salad. Our burgers had a secret ingredient – can you guess what it is?
