Dear Parents/Carers

RE: Photo Consent for Filming of Christmas Music Videos

We currently have your child recorded as not having permission for their photo to be used by the school.

However, we are filming our class Christmas music performances for the school website, as it has not been possible to invite parents/carers into school at this time.

Please can you contact the school office urgently if you DO NOT WISH your child to be filmed in the Christmas performance.

Children are never fully identified on websites; social media or plasma screen displays, however, you should be aware that websites & social media are viewed by a world-wide audience and we cannot prevent pictures being copied and used by others.
