RE: KG Summer Fair Invitation and Reduced ClubXtra Service

To celebrate the return of the KG Summer Fair (Friday 24^th June 2022) we are once again asking parents/carers to take some time out from work and join us with their child/ren at our greatly anticipated fundraising event.

We understand that some parents/carers will be unable to book time off work so we are running a reduced ClubXtra after school club facility on that day.

Only parents/carers who already hold a ClubXtra contract for Fridays will be able to book a space for their child/ren as places will be limited, and are on a first come, first served basis. We will confirm club places via text.

Due to the reduced service, we are unable to offer any ‘Ad Hoc’ ClubXtra places on this day, so if you do not have a valid signed contract you will not be able to use the club.

Once again, we would like to encourage all parents/carers to join our school community by attending the fair with their child/ren to help raise much-needed funds for our school projects.

The Friends of KG are looking for volunteers to help make the fair a rip-roaring success, so if you can help please contact them direct via email PTA@kelvingrove.lewisham.sch.uk
