Dear Parents and Carers,

Re: Year 1 Trip to Joss Bay

In accordance with the Department of Health and DfE Guidelines, we regret to inform you that the Year 1 trip to the seaside has to be cancelled in order to safeguard our children.

To compensate for the children’s disappointment of this experience, the Year 1 team will create a beach day experience in the school playground on Thursday 21st July.

I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We will let you know about refunds or reuse of your payments at a later date.
