Dear Parents and Carers of Year 5 pupils,

RE: Ghanaian Storytelling and Dance Day – Wednesday 7^th September 2022

As part of the launch for this term’s topic ‘Into Africa’, the children have been offered the exciting opportunity to work with IROKO, an African storytelling production and workshop company based in London (www.irokotheatre.org.uk). They will experience an interactive performance and two workshops focusing on dance and storytelling which will take place over the course of the school day, broadening their understanding of Ghanaian culture and traditions.

Photographs of the day will be posted on the school website after the event.

The cost for this is £5 per child. Please pay via PAY360 by Friday 9^th September 2022.
