RE: Nethercott Farm School Journey – 7^th to 11^th November 2022

We are delighted that your child will be joining us on our visit to Nethercott Farm this year.

We can confirm that the price of the trip is £300  – reduced to £150 for children in receipt of pupil premium (the actual cost is £600 much of which is subsidised by the Farm’s charity & Kelvin Grove). This price includes transport by coach and full board.

We have set up a payment structure to help make the final cost more manageable:

The deposit payment is due by 26^th September and should be paid on Pay360 / TRIPS.

If you need to activate your Pay360 account, or are experiencing difficulties accessing your account, please speak to a member of the office staff who will be able to help you.

Should you require any assistance with the payment plan, please contact the school as soon as possible to avoid losing your child’s place on this trip.

Please note that if you cancel your child’s place on this residential trip, we will only be able to refund your payments if we are able to fill the place with another pupil, this is because we have pre-paid for your child’s place on this trip.
