Dear Parents and Carers of Y6 Pupils

RE: Year 6 Residential Trip to France 2

Thank you for your deposit of £40 securing your child’s place on the Year 6 Residential Trip to France – Monday 22^nd – Friday 26^th May 2023 inclusive (five days; four nights).

We can confirm that the final price of the trip is £360 – reduced to £260 for children in receipt of pupil premium.

This price includes transport by coach/ferry and full board.

We have set up a payment structure to help make the final cost more manageable:

The next payment of £80 (£55 reduced rate) – is due by 30^th November 2022 and should be paid on Pay360 / TRIPS.

If you need to activate your Pay360 account, or are experiencing difficulties accessing your account, please speak to a member of the office staff who will be able to help you.

Should you require any assistance with the payment plan, please contact the school as soon as possible to avoid losing your child’s place on this trip.

Please note that if you cancel your child’s place on this residential trip, we will only be able to refund your payments if we are able to fill the place with another pupil, this is because we have pre-paid for your child’s place on this trip.
