It has been a fantastic start to the new term in Coral class. The children had a lovely experience at the Horniman Museum when we attended a toy workshop where the children explored old toys as well as toys from around the globe. The children will continue to share and learn more about toys throughout the term where they will not only share their favourite toys but also learn to compare toys from the past. Some have even experimented with building their own toys in the playground.
The children have also enjoyed experimenting with primary colours and mark making using poster paints and watercolours as we begin to look more closely at the works of artist David Hockney.
