RE: Year 5 and Year 6 Christmas Performance, important dates and events for this half term

Christmas arrangements

We are looking forward to a busy, hard-working and fun end of term. We wanted to share the end of term arrangements with you regarding Christmas.

Year 5 & 6 Christmas Performance – Wednesday 14^th December – Paxton Hall

Year 5 Christmas Performance will be on Wednesday 14^th December at 2:30pm.

Year 6 Christmas Performance will be on Wednesday 14^th December at 9:10am.

We are able to allocate a maximum of two seats per child. We have a maximum capacity for the hall so the seats are ticketed. Please book via PAY360/EVENTS, If you are unable to access your Pay360 account, please contact the school office for assistance. Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. If you are unable to attend either of the performances, it will be filmed and shared on the school website.

Children do not require a costume for their performance but we would like each child to wear a Christmas or winter themed jumper, should they wish.

Whole School Christmas Jumper Day

Children can wear their Christmas or winter themed jumpers to school on Thursday 8^th December.

Whole School Christmas Lunch

This year’s Christmas lunch will be on Wednesday 14^th December; children will wear school uniform.

Last day of term

The last day of term is Friday 16^th December; school will close at 1:30pm and there will be no Club Xtra.

We are looking forward to celebrating these events with your children. We will also hold class parties in the final week of term and will contact you nearer the time with the necessary arrangements. Thank you in advance for your support.
