Dear Parents and Carers of Violet Class pupil,

RE: Violet Class – Local walk

As part of our creative curriculum, Year 5 will be going on a walk around some of the roads in Sydenham in order to map the buildings that were damaged or destroyed during the bombing of the Second World War.

The children will be walking from school on Tuesday 6^th December 2022 and then mapping, before walking back to school. We will be leaving after lunchtime and will return before the end of the school day.

Please ensure your child has a warm and waterproof coat on this day, as we shall be going whatever the weather. They may choose to bring gloves, a hat and a scarf.
