Dear Parents and Carers,

RE: The Turning of The Year Concert

It’s nearly time for The Turning of The Year Concert! Here’s a few last minute details and reminders.

To prepare for The Turning of The Year Concert, the choir will have a practice session at Blackheath halls tomorrow morning, Tuesday 6th December.

Please can you drop your child off tomorrow morning at the school office for 8:20am, Mr Glenn will be waiting to register the children and also hand out the tickets for the concert.

Please be punctual as it is important that the children attend the rehearsal session and we need to leave promptly at 8:30am in order to arrive on time at the concert hall.

Please can children be dressed in full school uniform with suitable shoes and a warm coat. Please can children also bring a drink of water and a healthy snack.

The Performance

The children will need to arrive at Blackheath Halls in full school uniform for 6:30pm. Please don’t forget to bring your ticket! Once you arrive you’ll be brought straight into the hall. Coats and bags should be left with parents.
