Dear Parents and Carers of Year 5 pupils,

RE: Local walk – Tuesday 31^st January 2023

As part of our curriculum, Year 5 will be going on a walk to Sydenham Hill Wood. Whilst there, we will be observing the features of our local woods, and back in the classroom, we will compare these with those of the Amazon rainforest.

We will be leaving after lunchtime and will return before the end of the school day.

Please ensure your child has a warm and waterproof coat on this day, as we shall be going whatever the weather. They may choose to bring gloves, a hat and a scarf.
