RE: FoKG Coffee Morning and AGM Meeting
The Friends of Kelvin Grove would like to invite you along to the following meeting:
FoKG Coffee Morning/Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Friday 10th February 2023 9:00am – 10:00am.
As you know, the Friends of Kelvin Grove organises a programme of exciting events throughout the year for the enjoyment of our children and to help raise money for the school. These events are an important part of school life and help to create a thriving school community. We hope to be able to continue to offer an exciting and successful range of activities for the next school year, however, to do this we need some help.
FoKG Coffee Morning / Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The Friends of Kelvin Grove will be holding a Coffee Morning / Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday 10th February 2023 9:00am. At this meeting we will be presenting to you the members of the Acting Committee that have been working together since September 2022 and discussing events for the year.
Due to some recent changes to the PTA committee, there will be nominations to form the FoKG committee for this year. Please use the form below if you would like to stand and join the FoKG. The meeting is open to everyone. Please come and join us!
We need your help!
We welcome any offers of assistance with open arms. We are looking for all kinds of help, whatever you have to offer:
- Come to the coffee morning
- Put yourself forward to be a member of the committee
- Or just lend a hand when needed as part of the extended FoKG volunteers list
There are lots of ways of contributing: setting up for events, designing posters, manning a stall, cake making, ticket selling, coming up with new ideas, the list goes on. If you would rather get involved when needed and would like to be added to the FoKG volunteers list, please fill in your details on the form attached along with any preferences or skills you would like us to be aware of. We would love to hear from you, every bit helps.
Please complete the form below by Friday 3rd February, if you cannot make the meeting. Copies of this letter will be available in the school office if you’re unable to fill out online.
