I write regarding the outstanding school meal arrears on your child’s account, you currently owe -£«Current_Balance» could you please make payment to the school immediately via SIM Pay 360, as payment is due in advance.
Payment should be made by DATE via your online SIMS Pay 360 account. You will need to log onto SIMS Pay 360 and activate your account in order to make a payment. If you do not have your log in details, then please contact the office for assistance.
I must remind you that it is parents/carers responsibility to ensure dinner money is paid regularly and on time. Please do not wait for the school office to send out reminder as this wastes valuable resources and office time.
If you are experiencing financial difficulties, please contact the school immediately to arrange a repayment plan meeting (via the telephone) with the school business manager.
