Re: URGENT OUTSTANDING SCHOOL MEAL ARREARS

Despite us contacting you on several occasions to request full payment of your school dinner arrears, I have been informed by the administrative staff that «Current_Balance» remains outstanding.

It is not in your interest or the school’s for your child’s account to fall into arrears of such magnitude. We expect you to clear the debt in full by DATE via SIMS Pay360. If you are unable to make full payment, then you will need to arrange a telephone meeting with the school business manager to discuss why you have not made payment and in order to set up an affordable re- payment plan.

Kelvin Grove has already paid our school meal provider for the meals you have pre-ordered, which is why it is so important that you make payment to the school.

Please do not hesitate to contact the school office regarding resolution of this urgent matter.
