Dear Parents and Carers,

RE: Autism Acceptance Week – 27^th to 31^st March 2023

This week is Autism Acceptance Week, the theme for this year is Colour. On Friday 31^st March, we would like to invite children to come to school dressed in their favourite colour. We will also be engaging in activities in the classrooms to mark the week.

With more than 700,000 children and adults with Autism in the UK, we want to live in a more inclusive world which celebrates Autism. A world that allows children and young adults to live a life of choices and opportunities. At Kelvin Grove we want to celebrate our inclusive community and encourage children to take part in activities across the week.

We look forward to seeing children in their favourite colour on Friday.
