Dear Parents/Carers,

RE: Medicine for pupils in school

I am writing to let you know that at the end of this term we are sending home all of the medication we currently have for each pupil. This is due to a large build up of medication kept in school. Any medication not collected will be disposed of at the local chemist.

If your child requires medication in school, please can you fill out a new form by following this link.

Parents and carers will then need to bring any required medication directly to the school office in September – we ask you not to give it to the class teacher or send it in pupils’ bags.
