Introducing SCOPAY Our New Online Payment & Booking System

We are delighted to launch SCOPAY our new online payment and childcare booking system. This replaces PAY360 which ceased trading on 31^st July 2023.

Please check your email for your SCOPAY invitation to register your account TODAY to pay for trips, school meals, clubs and childcare services – www.scopay.com

SCOPAY is a very user-friendly and secure payment system which allows parents/carers to pre-book and pre-pay for enrichment clubs, Breakfast Club and ClubXtra sessions.

Therefore, we have scrapped club contracts and are inviting parents/carers to log on and pre-book their required childcare needs.

The new system is a much more flexible way of managing your childcare bookings and is a ‘Pay as You Go’ system.

We understand that this change may take a few weeks to settle in, and we ask for your patience and co-operation as we set up the new system and way of managing childcare for the school.

If you are a voucher payer please email lwatson@kelvingrove.lewisham.sch.uk with your child’s name, which voucher provider you use, and which childcare service you require so we can se up your voucher payment account.

You will only need the link code once to register, and attached is three handy guides to help you set up and manage your account/s.
