RE: NETHERCOTT FARM SCHOOL JOURNEY – 22nd to 26th APRIL 2024
We are delighted that your child will be joining us on our visit to Nethercott Farm next year.

We can confirm that the price of the trip is £300.00 (reduced to £150.00 for children in receipt of free school meals, means tested) The actual cost is £600 much of which is subsidised by the Farm’s charity & Kelvin Grove). This price includes transport by coach and full board.
We have set up a suggested payment structure to help make the final cost more manageable:

The deposit payment of £60.00 (£30.00 reduced rate) – is due by 20th November 2023 and should be paid on SCOPAY / Trips & Events.
If you need to activate your SCOPAY account, or are experiencing difficulties accessing your account, please speak to a member of the office staff who will be able to help you.
Should you require any assistance with the payment plan, please contact the school as soon as possible to avoid losing your child’s place on this trip.
Please note that if you cancel your child’s place on this residential trip, we will only be able to refund your payments if we are able to fill the place with another pupil, this is because we have pre-paid for your child’s place on this trip.
