Dear Parents and carers

RE: CLUBXTRA BOOKINGS & LATE FEE CHARGES

We would like to remind parents and carers that ClubXtra closes at 6.00 pm prompt and all children should be collected by this time.

As set out in our terms and conditions, late fees apply for children picked up after 6.00 pm (£6.00 for every 15 minutes – or part of – until your child is collected).

Breakfast Club and ClubXtra session should be pre-booked and paid in advance via SCOPAY –https://www.scopay.com/login – as these are now ‘Pay as You Go’ services (i.e. no binding contractual days required).

If you are a voucher user please contact the school office so we can set up your account and confirm your voucher provider, if you haven’t already done so.

If you need to activate your SCOPAY account, or are experiencing difficulties accessing your account, please speak to a member of the office staff who will be able to help you.
