Dear Parents/Carers,

RE: Carols @ the Station – Choir Event

Your child has been an asset to the choir this term. To celebrate their efforts, we would like to arrange a winter sing a long outside Sydenham Station on Tuesday 19^th December AT 5:00pm.  We will use this opportunity not only to bring the festive season to the general public but also to raise money for Save the Children UK.

Children need to be collected from school as usual at the end of the school day. We then ask that you bring your child to the pedestrianised area outside Sydenham Station for 4.50pm. I will organise the choir into positions and parents/carers will stay and become an enthusiastic audience!

We will be singing for about half an hour so we should be finished not long after 5:30pm. We will then dismiss the children directly to parents/carers.

Choir members who attend Club Xtra will be walked to and from the station by members of staff and can be collected from school at 6pm.

We hope as many of the choir as possible can attend. Please can you indicate below whether you give permission for your child to take part in Carols @ the Station.
