Dear Year 2 parents,

We are looking forward to our trip to the Transport Museum next week and thank you to those parents who have volunteered to come.

Due to industrial action, there is a reduced train service operating next week. In order to get to the Transport Museum on time, we will now need to leave school promptly at 8:50AM. To ensure that we are organised for a prompt departure, please arrive at school by 8:30AM. If your child is late, they will miss the trip.

Please remember that the children will be doing a lot of walking during the day and will need to wear full school uniform and trainers or appropriate walking footwear (please no sandals, wellies or open shoes). Children will need to bring a waterproof and warm coat with a hood. They will also need to bring a small rucksack so that they can carry their lunch, as well as a refillable water bottle.
