Dear Parent/Carer,

RE: Trip to the Foreign Office for a Human Rights Day Event

Five Year 5 children have the amazing opportunity to visit the Foreign Office on the afternoon of Thursday 7^th December 2023. The children will leave school at 11.00am. Please send your child in with a packed lunch on this day and they will eat when they arrive at the destination. We will walk down to Sydenham Station and get a train to Canada Water. From there, they will change to the Jubilee Line and travel to Westminster. We will return back to school at approximately 3.30pm. The school office will inform you if there are any delays to the return journey. Please complete the reply slip below by Monday 4^th December to confirm your child can go.

Ms Hoare and Mr Kat will accompany the children on the trip.

Please ensure your child has a warm and waterproof coat on this day, as we shall be going whatever the weather. They may choose to bring gloves, a hat and a scarf.
