Dear Parents and Carers
RE: Our Enrichment Clubs – Spring Term Offer
Our programme of enrichment clubs start back in January 2024 and once again we are asking parents to ‘pre-book’ our clubs via SCOPAY – our new online payment system.
Due to the short spring term Thursday and Friday clubs commence the first week back (11th & 12th January 2024) and all other clubs from Monday 15th January.

What’s new?
We have introduced a number of new clubs for next year to add extra sparkle to our existing enrichment club activities.
Little Keys Music Club is especially designed for Reception children. Members will be introduced to the fundamentals of music making as they sing, clap and stomp their way through these fun and energetic songs.
Arts & Crafts Club (Y3&4) is also new and will allow children to explore their more creative side and produce beautiful art work and decorative pieces to take home.
Basketball Club (Y3,4,5&6) which proved to be a big hit last year, is also returning.
Sewing & Craft Club Group 1 (Y2&3) / Group 2 (Y4,5&6) is a brand-new club which we know will be very popular with our crafting kids. Members will learn to sew and work with fabrics and materials.
Cooking with KG Group 1 (Rec & Y1&Y2) / Group 2 (Y3,4,5&6) is also a new offering where children can develop and show off their culinary skills. The best part of this club is that members will get to take home their delicious home-made dishes and bakes.
Girls’ Multi-Sports (Y3,4,5&6) we are passionate about getting more children – especially girls – into participating in sports. This club is especially designed for girls only and features football, basketball, sports training and other ball games.
We will also be offering African Drumming lessons and Y2 KG Choir sessions during lunch times – details of these clubs will be sent out soon.
Science Club has changed from Wednesday to Tuesday for both groups this term, so please ensure you have the current start dates.
Gardening Club is taking a spring break, but will return after half term.
Piano and Groove School members will be automatically renewed, on the condition that autumn fees have been paid.
We reserve the right to cancel a club if not enough children sign up to it; however, we will issue a full refund if this becomes necessary.
To book a club place you will need to PRE-BOOK and pay in advance via SCOPAY / TRIPS & EVENTS. If you haven’t received your registration invite email, then please contact the school office.
We no longer except cash via the office and are encouraging ALL parents and carers to pay online via SCOPAY.
