Green class have made a great start to the new term. In Maths we have been building our fluency to help us with subtraction problems. In English we have really been engaged with our book “Small in the City” about a small child looking for her lost cat in a busy, wintery city. Using the story as inspiration we wrote poems using similes and performed them to each other in class.
We have really enjoyed our light topic in Science, learning all about how we see things, mirrors and reflection. It’s been lots of fun testing out how things work with light and conducting experiments together. We even made our own kaleidoscopes!
