Dear Parents/Carers,

It is Autism Acceptance Week from the 2^nd to the 8^th April, this falls in the Easter holidays.

With this in mind I am writing to inform you that from the week beginning Monday 22^nd April we will be acknowledging Autism Acceptance Week and celebrating our wonderfully diverse school through a variety of different activities both in the Resource Base and our mainstream classrooms.

The National Autistic Society’s theme for Autism Awareness Week this year is “colour”.  On Friday 26^th April children will be able to come to school in their most colourful clothes!

We look forward to celebrating this week with the children in school.
