Amber and Coral had a fantastic time this week on our trip to the Devonshire Road Nature Reserve as part of our topic ‘Let it grow’. We had such glorious weather and were beautifully well behaved, especially walking and travelling by bus.
At the nature reserve we participated in several activities. We went on a wildlife walk, closely looking at plants, leaves, flowers and trees, and we got up close meeting some tadpoles and newts!
We also had great fun whittling a magical wand and spoon!
We finished our trip with a lovely outdoor picnic. Our teachers were so pleased with our fantastic behaviour and enthusiasm for learning about this topic.
Thank you so much to our lovely parents and carers who helped us with this trip.
