RE: France Initial Parent Meeting information
Thank you to those who attended the meeting yesterday afternoon.
Attached are the slides, which are the same as your handouts, which I talked through.
Key notes:
The dates for the trip are from 19th May – 23rd May, 2025.
Each child needs thier own passport and Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC).
- If your child already has a passport, please check that it expires after 23rd August. If it expires before this date, you will need to apply for a new one.
- If your child has a non-uk or non-EU passport, please make me aware so that I can check if a visa is required.
- GHIC cards are free from the NHS, please apply through the links provided on the presentation.
Our next meeting will be in January where the year 6 team will take copies of passports and GHIC cards and allow you to share medical and dietary informaion for your child.
The final meeting before we go, will be in April. Here you learn the final itinerary for the trip and the things children should pack (and not pack).
