Dear Parents and Carers,

The KG Circle have moved into full planning mode for the Winter Fete on Friday 13th December.  This will be a fantastic event with performances from the school choir, a visit from Santa, a raffle, festive stalls and lots of yummy treats available to buy.

We hope to be able to share with you our plans for the KG Circle fundraising which we hope to be in place before the end of the school year.

To celebrate the Winter Fete there will be an ‘Own Clothes Day’ on Friday 6^th December, children are invited to come to school wearing their own clothes, in exchange for making a donation for the Winter Fete.  We’re asking for donations for raffle prizes (adult & kids), Teddy Tombola and Jolly Jam Jars (both empty & filled with goodies).  Please hand any donations in to the School Office.

Raffle Tickets are already on sale on SCOPAY and we will be in the playground the week ahead of the fair with lots of fantastic prizes to be won.

We are also selling pre-pay cards on SCOPAY, so that you won’t need to find cash for the day.  Don’t worry, we will still be accepting cash purchases on the day.  These will be available for the value of £5 or £10 and can be used on any stand run by The KG Circle.  They will be valid for the KG Circle events throughout the 24/25 school year.

Activities at the Winter Fete are limited by the number of volunteers who help on the day.  For us to be able to do more, we need more helpers.  If you’re interested in helping out on the day (even if for only an hour), please don’t hesitate to get in touch: pta@kelvingrove.lewisham.sch.uk
