Friday 13th December 2024
Dear Parents and Carers,
ENRICHMENT CLUB SPRING 2025
We would like to announce our new Enrichment Club Programme for the Spring term starting week beginning Monday 13th January 2025. All clubs will go live on SCOPAY Wednesday 18th December at 4:30pm.
WE NO LONGER ACCEPT CASH FOR CLUBS VIA THE OFFICE and are encouraging ALL parents and carers to pay online via SCOPAY. To reserve a club place, you will need to PRE-BOOK and pay in advance via SCOPAY / TRIPS & EVENTS. If you haven’t received an invitation for SCOPAY, then please contact the school office.
Payment for clubs are required in full at the start of every term. Failure to pay could result in the space being offered to another child as Enrichment clubs are very popular and tend to book up quickly.
We have worked hard keep costs as low as possible and believe that all of our clubs are excellent value for money. To help, we have now subsidised clubs for all children who are PUPIL PREMIUM, offering a 50% reduction per child, per term.
Clubs will start week beginning 13th January and the last week of Clubs is week beginning 24th March
Club places will be confirmed via text MONDAY 6th JANUARY 2025 once fees have been paid in full
All clubs will be running for a 10-week period except Cooking Club which is run for 5 weeks in the first half term for KS1 and 5 weeks in the second half term for KS2
They will run on the following weeks:
