Dear Parents/Carers,

RE: Update to School Photographs

This year children will have their school photos taken in the Spring Term on Wednesday 26^th February 2025. Children will have their class photos and individual photos taken on the same day by an experienced school photography company called Braiswick Photographic Co Ltd. Children’s individual photos and sibling photos will be in the classic style and class photos will be in the FreePose format.

Please note: You will not receive an online purchase code on the day of the shoot.

Once your child’s photographs have been taken, they will be carefully checked and edited, a process that takes around 7-10 working days. A photo proof card will then be printed for each child and sent home.

When you receive the proof card, you can go online to view and purchase the photos. Individual photos will be available in the Spring Term, while class photos will be released in the Summer Term, each with a separate proof card.

If you do not wish for your child to participate in the school class photographs, please inform the School Office by emailing info@kelvingrove.lewisham.sch.uk by Monday 24^th February 2025.
