It’s been a wonderful week in Nursery, filled with stories, curiosity, and a little bit of gardening magic!
We had so much fun celebrating World Book Day, and one of the highlights was a special visit from our Year 6 reading buddies. The older children joined us to share their favourite stories, and we absolutely loved listening to them read! It was a lovely way to enjoy books together and inspire a love of reading.
Later in the week, we put on our little gardener hats and planted cress seeds! We have been carefully watering them and watching closely as tiny green shoots start to appear. The children have been fascinated by the changes each day, talking about what plants need to grow and making predictions about how tall their cress will get.
It’s been a fantastic week of learning, and we can’t wait to see how our cress continues to grow! 🌱📚✨
