Thursday 27th March 2025
Dear Parents and Carers,
ENRICHMENT CLUB SUMMER 2025
Our Enrichment Clubs for Summer term starting week beginning 28th April 2025. All clubs will go live on SCOPAY Monday 31st March at 9.00am.
WE ARE NOW CASHLESS! WE NO LONGER ACCEPT CASH FOR CLUBS VIA THE OFFICE, ALL parents and carers will need to pay online via SCOPAY, TRIPS & EVENTS. If you haven’t received an invitation for SCOPAY, then please contact the school office.
Payment for clubs are required in full at the start of every term. Failure to pay could result in the space being offered to another child as Enrichment clubs are very popular and tend to book up quickly.
We have worked hard keep costs as low as possible and believe that all of our clubs are excellent value for money. To help, we have now subsidised clubs for all children who are PUPIL PREMIUM, offering a 50% reduction per child, per term.
If you are unsure whether your child/children are pupil premium then please contact the office.
If you would like to pay for your child to join an enrichment club using TAX-FREE CHILDCARE please email your child’s name and the club you wish for them to join to vouchers@kelvingrove.lewisham.sch.uk by Friday 4th April.
IF YOUR CHILD REQUIRES ADDITIONAL SUPPORT AT SCHOOL, you will need to discuss your club application with our SENCOs – Claire Hicklin or Morgan Togher, prior to your child starting the club.
