Dear Parents/Carers,

RE: Year 6 SATs Week Breakfast – Monday 12^th to Thursday 15^th May 2025

This is a reminder that all Year 6 children are welcome and encouraged to arrive at school from 8:30am next week to enjoy a soft start and some light breakfast snacks in class. This earlier start is a great way to help the children settle in, feel calm, and be well-prepared for their SATs each day.

As you know, the children have been working extremely hard in preparation for their SATs, and we appreciate your continued support in ensuring they attend school every day and arrive on time. Below is the timetable of the national SATs tests that will be taking place. All assessments will begin promptly after morning registration.

Please note that these dates and times are set nationally and cannot be changed for individual schools or pupils. Therefore, it is essential that all Year 6 children are present and punctual each day.

SATs Week Timetable:

• Monday 12^th May – Grammar Paper and Spelling Paper
• Tuesday 13^th May – Reading Paper
• Wednesday 14^th May – Maths Arithmetic Paper 1 and Maths Reasoning Paper 2
• Thursday 15^th May – Maths Reasoning Paper 3
