Dear Parents and Carers,

Thank you for the support already offered for the KG Summer Fair after school on Friday 20^th June. This will be a fantastic event to celebrate our community and the end of a brilliant academic year. The fair will have lots of fun activities and lots of yummy treats available to buy. All funds raised go to improving the children’s experience at Kelvin Grove through developing the playground and providing equipment not provided by Lewisham Council.

We really need volunteers to help on the day, even if you can only give an hour to help run a stall or monitor the bouncy castles, it would be really appreciated. If you’re interested in helping out on the day at the Summer Fair, please complete this form, speak to us in the playground or get in touch: pta@kelvingrove.lewisham.sch.uk

We will be holding a non uniform day on Friday 6^th June to encourage donations. We require:

• Washed Soft Toys
• Raffle Prizes – Prizes suitable for Children and Adults
• Stickers or small toys (similar to those given in party bags)
• Wrapped sweets
• £1 Donation

Please hand any donations to the School Office or your child’s class teacher. Please only donate things in a condition you’d be happy to win yourself.

We will also be selling raffle tickets and pre pay cards on SCOPAY, so that you won’t need to find cash for the day. Don’t worry, we will still be accepting cash and card purchases on the day. These will be available for the value of £5 or £10 and can be used on any stand run by The KG Circle. We will distribute these to your child’s teacher the week ahead of the fair.

We will be selling raffle tickets outside the school from Monday 9^th June until the day of the fair. There are brilliant prizes to be won including supermarket vouchers, a Mamma Dough Pizza Party, a trip to a VR arcade and other prizes from local businesses.

Feel free to come and talk to us whilst we are selling raffle tickets, we would love to hear your ideas and answer any queries you may have about helping out with The KG Circle.
