Dear Parents/Carers,

RE: IQ Festive Card Designs

We are thrilled to let you know that Kelvin Grove have signed up with IQ Cards again this year. Ordering Festive Cards (and other products) through IQ Cards raises money for The KG Circle. Please join our fundraising art project and see your child’s artwork turned into Festive Gifts. These designs can be used to celebrate any event or holiday.

Design forms were sent home with your child last Friday, or you can collect a design form from the school’s Main Office.

1. Design artwork on the back of order form provided. This is then scanned.
2. Please avoid sticking or stapling any decoration onto the design
3. Do not use a photocopied form as the thickness will not be correct for scanning
4. For the best print results, make sure you leave a 1cm border around the picture
5. Keep the form flat, do not fold.

Further design instructions are on the form.

Please complete the order form using BLACK pen and CAPITAL letters, clearly writing your child’s name and class. As the forms are processed by a third party, any errors will be difficult to correct. Further guidance can be found on the form itself.

All forms need to be returned to your class teacher or the school office by Thursday 23^rd October 2025.

Payment will be via an online link that will be distributed following your child’s design form being submitted. Cash payment will not be accepted. Designs without payment will not be produced.

On this timeline, IQ Cards should be able to return orders to us by Friday 5^th December.
