RE: Annual General Meeting & Coffee Morning
The KG Circle (PTA) would like to invite you along to the following meeting:
THE KG Circle Coffee Morning/ Annual General Meeting (AGM) Friday 24th October 2025 at 09:00 am – 10:00 am
The KG Circle organises a programme of exciting events throughout the year for the enjoyment of our children and to help raise money for the school. These events are an important part of school life and help to create a thriving school community. The KG Circle’s primary function is to help the school raise funds and support the school’s community. The Kelvin Grove Charitable Trust is a registered charity. Funds raised are used to provide and assist in the provision of facilities for education at the school (not provided by Lewisham Council). The KG Circle helps fund essential resources, organises fun events, and provides a voice for parents in school matters. Last year we raised £6,000 and this is some of what we used the fundraising for in the last year:
- New playground equipment within the Paxton Playground

- Continued support of Forest School – purchasing outdoor clothing and footwear for Year 6/5 volunteers and SEN children.
- Subscription of Library software enabling pupils of Kelvin Grove to make best use of the School Library
- Support for Extra Curricular clubs including purchase of netball goals, supplies for Gardening Club
We hope to be able to continue to offer an exciting and successful range of activities for the next school year and provide funding to refresh the SEN playground.
However, to do this we need some help.
Please come and attend our Annual General Meeting and hear more about the KG Circle plans for 2025/26 and ways that you can be involved. Whether you can give a little time or a lot, your involvement—big or small—makes a huge difference!
The meeting is open to everyone and is not a commitment of your time moving forward.
The KG Circle Coffee Morning / Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The KG Circle will be holding a Coffee Morning / Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday 24th October, 9:00am. At this meeting we will introduce you to the members of the Committee and discussing events for the year. There will be free hot drinks and light refreshments.
