Dear Parent/Carer,
RE: Nethercott Farm School Journey Monday 9th February – Friday 13th February 2026
Your child has secured a place on the school residential trip to Nethercott Farm in February.
A Nethercott information pack is included. The medical and declaration form must be completed online by Friday 28th November 2025, as this needs to be sent to Nethercott Farm in advance of our arrival.
Payments should be made via SCOPAY. Text reminders will be sent to everyone one week before each instalment is due. Any overdue balances will be notified by email via SCOPAY. If you are unable to log into your SCOPAY account, or are having any issues with SCOPAY, please contact the School Office.
| Payment | Due Date | Full Rate | FSM Discounted Rate |
| Deposit | PAID | £50 | £50 |
| 1st Payment | 31/10/2025 | £80 | £35 |
| 2nd Payment | 30/11/2025 | £80 | £35 |
| 3rd Payment | 31/12/2025 | £80 | £35 |
| 4th Payment | 31/01/2026 | £80 | £35 |
| Total | £370 | £190 |
Please note that all initial £50 deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made by the end of November will be eligible for a 50% refund (excluding the deposit).
In the event that a child is unable to attend due to illness, a refund may be arranged upon receipt of a doctor’s certificate, although the initial deposit will still remain non-refundable.
As charges are made to the school by Nethercott Farm once deposits are paid, the school is required to cover the full cost of all places reserved. However, if a cancelled place can be filled, the school will be able to provide a full refund.
If you have any further questions regarding Nethercott, please do not hesitate to contact the School Office or speak with Mrs Heron-Njie.
Mrs Heron-Njie will hold another meeting for parents on Tuesday 2nd December at 5:00pm.
Below this letter you will find information shared at the previous meeting with parents and a clothing list.
Thank you for your support,
The Nethercott Team

- Old trainers for OUTDOOR wear
- Slippers/crocs with proper soles for INDOOR wear
