Dear Parents and Carers,

Re: Parents’ Evening, 21^st and 22^nd October 2025

On Tuesday 21^st October and Wednesday 22^nd October we will be holding Parent-Teacher meetings to report on your child’s progress in class, and their future targets. The meetings will be held between 3:30pm and 7:00pm (Tuesday) and 3:30pm and 6.00pm (Wednesday). These will be face-to-face meetings in school and you will be able to book this through SCOPAY, either through the app or online. If you have not already registered for SCOPAY we will be emailing out reminder information on how to register for an account.

If your child is in Nursery, please note these meetings will be between 3:30pm and 5:00pm.

The appointment booking system will be open from tomorrow, Thursday 9^th October 2025 at 5.00pm.

Bookings will close on Monday 20^th October 2025 at 1.00pm.

If you experience any difficulties, please call the school office on 020 8699 6300 and one of the admin team will book an appointment for you.
