Dear Parents and Carers,

Re: Appointments with our SENCO, 21^st and 22^nd October 2025

Alongside Parents’ Evening on Tuesday 21^st October and Wednesday 22^nd October both Ms Hicklin and Miss Drewe will be available for parents wishing to discuss any concerns or queries regarding their child.

Please note that your child does not need to have an EHCP to book one of these meetings.

If you would like to seek advice or ask any questions, appointments will be available during Parents’ Evening at the same times:

• Tuesday 21^st October, 3:30pm – 7:00pm
• Wednesday 22^nd October, 3:30pm – 6.00pm

These will be face-to-face meetings in school and you will be able to book this through SCOPAY, either through the app or online. This will appear as a separate meeting ‘2025 SENDCo Appointments‘ with the teacher Miss Drewe.

If you have not already registered for SCOPAY we will be emailing out reminder information on how to register for an account.

The appointment booking system will be open from today, Thursday 9^th October 2025 at 5.00pm.

Bookings will close on Monday 20^th October 2025 at 1.00pm.

If you experience any difficulties, please call the school office on 020 8699 6300 and one of the admin team will book an appointment for you.
