RE: Parent Meeting, Year 6 France Residential Trip –  July 2026

Thank you for your positive response to the expression of interest form for our Year 6 residential trip to Normandy, France. We’ve had 44 responses to the 40 spaces available.

Before we confirm if your child has secured a space, we will be holding a parent meeting on Tuesday 4^th November 2025 at 3:30 pm school. This will provide full details about the trip, including activities, expectations, and payment arrangements, and to answer any questions you may have. This information should help you to make a final decision whether the trip is right for your child.

The trip will be available to book via SCOPAY from Friday 7^th November at 10:00am, with a £50 non-refundable deposit required to secure your child’s place. Spaces are limited and will be secured once deposits are paid.

Trip Details:
Date: Monday 6th – Friday 10th July 2026 inclusive (5 days; 4 nights)
Cost: The full cost for this trip is £575 per child. There will be a reduced rate for Pupil Premium at £330 per child.
Full payment will need to be made before July 2026.
