Dear Parents and Carers,

RE: Winter Fair – Friday 5^th December 2025

The KG Circle have moved into full planning mode for the Winter Fair on Friday 5^th December.
This will be a fantastic event with performances from the school choir, a visit from Santa, a raffle, festive stalls and lots of yummy treats available to buy.

To celebrate the Winter Fair there will be an ‘Own Clothes Day’ on Friday 28^th November, children are invited to come to school wearing their own clothes, in exchange for making a donation for the Winter Fair. Donations we require:
• Washed Soft Toys
• Raffle Prizes – Prizes suitable for Children and Adults
• Stickers or small toys (similar to those given in party bags)
• Wrapped sweets
• £1 Donation

Please hand any donations in to the School Office.

Raffle Tickets will be on sale on SCOPAY and we will be in the playground the week ahead of the fair with lots of fantastic prizes to be won.

We are also selling pre pay cards on SCOPAY, so that you won’t need to find cash for the day. Don’t worry, we will still be accepting cash purchases on the day. These will be available for the value of £3, £5 or £10 and can be used on any stand run by The KG Circle. They will be valid for the KG Circle events throughout the 25/26 school year.

The activities at the Winter Fair are limited by the number of volunteers who help on the day. For us to be able to run our Fair, we require 26 adult volunteers. If you’re interested in helping out on the day (even if for only an hour), please don’t hesitate to get in touch: pta@kelvingrove.lewisham.sch.uk
