Year 4 have been immersing themselves in their Roman topic, first, stepping back in time as they explored Roman army formations. Year 4 worked together to recreate formations and understand how teamwork and strategy helped the Romans succeed.
In Art, Year 4 have been exploring Roman motifs and learning the collograph printing method. Year 4 created their own printing plates using layered card before applying ink and producing their final prints. It’s been fantastic to see their creativity and our prints look fantastic!
