Dear Parents/Carers,

RE: Catch up Session – School Photographs

Our school photographers from Braiswick Photographic Co Ltd have offered us a date to catch-up those children who missed having their photo taken at the start of this term. Children will have both their individual and class photo taken in the same session. Children’s individual photos and sibling photos will be in the classic style and class photos will be in the FreePose format.

The date for this catch-up session is Friday 20^th March, please note photos will be taken in the morning only.

Once your child’s photographs have been taken, they will be carefully checked and edited, a process that can around 7-10 working days. A photo proof card will then be printed for each child and sent home.

When you receive the proof card, you can go online to view and purchase the photos. Individual photos will be available in the Spring Term, while class photos will be released in the Summer Term, each with a separate proof card.

To order, visit www.braiswick.co.uk/orders/ and log in using the unique code on the proof card. All orders will be sent via free batch delivery to the school for distribution.

If you do not wish for your child to participate in any of the school class photographs, please inform the School Office by emailing info@kelvingrove.lewisham.sch.uk by Thursday 19^th March 2026.
