Dear Parents and Carers,

Thank you for purchasing a ticket for the KG Circle Spring Disco for Year 5 and 6.

The disco starts at 5:15pm so children will need to be collected from school and brought back to the Main Gate to be dropped off. All children will be signed in, so please be patient with us whilst we complete this process. If your child needs to stay at school between school ending at 3:15pm, and the disco starting, they will need to be booked into Club Xtra.

As part of the cost of the ticket, children will receive the disco with a professional DJ, fruit, biscuits and unlimited squash. Water will also be available. The school will provide us with a list of allergies.

A tuck shop will be available selling sweets and snacks for 50p to £1.50 with some additional glow items available to purchase. We will accept pre pay cards (available via SCO PAY), cash and card.  Any pre pay cards brought via SCO PAY will be handed out at the disco.

Children should be collected from the school office at 6:45pm. Please ensure you arrive promptly. Children must be collected by a parent or carer. If another adult will be collecting your child, please inform the school office in advance and provide their contact details.

The disco will be supervised by parental volunteers and members of the school SLT. Good behaviour is expected.

Thank you for supporting the KG Circle. Your support helps us to continue to support the school through activities like funding the school library, the additional purchase of playground items and fun activities such as the Owl and Hawk visit that took place this week.
