Dear Parents and Carers,

Re: Introduction of IRIS ParentMail – our new communication and payment system

We are pleased to inform you that from Monday 22^nd June 2026 our school will be moving to IRIS ParentMail, which will replace both SCOPAY and Teachers2Parents.

This change means that all school payments and communications will be managed in one place, making it simpler and more convenient for you.

What this means for you:

• All payments for trips, residentials, events and extra-curricular clubs will now be made via ParentMail.
• School communications, updates and reminders will be sent through the ParentMail app or by email.
• The school will no longer send text messages.

Getting started:
You will receive instructions on how to activate your ParentMail account. Once registered, you can:

• Make secure payments using debit/credit cards, PayPal or PayPoint (Please note that your bank statement will show either the school name or ‘IRISPAY’, depending on your payment method.)
• View and manage bookings and permissions
• Receive important school messages instantly

If you have a smartphone, we strongly recommend downloading the free ParentMail app (available on Android and Apple devices) to ensure you receive notifications promptly and can make payments on the go.

To ensure you continue to receive all school communications, it is essential that your email address is up to date. If you are unsure or need to make changes, please contact the school office as soon as possible.

Ahead of the move to ParentMail on Monday 22^nd June 2026 all parents and carers will receive a link to sign up with ParentMail in June. For now, please ensure your email details are correct. This letter will be sent via text & email so please check you have received it, and let the School Office know if your email details are incorrect.
