We are pleased to announce that our new communication and payment system, ParentMail and IRIS PlusPay, has gone live today 22nd June 2026.
This new system will allow you to receive school communications, make payments and book wraparound care sessions quickly and easily through the ParentMail app.
Register Your Account
You should already have received an email invitation to register your ParentMail account. Please ensure that you complete your registration as soon as possible using the email address to which the invitation was sent.
If you have not received your invitation email, please contact the school office.
SCOPAY Closure
SCOPAY is now closed for all bookings and payments.
Any balances held on your SCOPAY account will be transferred to ParentMail/IRIS PlusPay. We will work to ensure that all balances are transferred accurately; however, if you believe there is any discrepancy with your balance once the transfer has been completed, please contact the school office and we will be happy to investigate.
Wraparound Care Bookings
Bookings for our wraparound clubs are now available through ParentMail.
Please note an important change to our booking arrangements:
- Bookings must now be made at least one day before the session required.
- Previously, bookings could be made on the day until 2:45pm.
- Same-day bookings will no longer be available through the system, please contact the office if you have emergency childcare needs.
This change will help us to plan staffing levels appropriately and ensure we can prepare sufficient food and resources for all children attending.

Going forward school communications will be sent through ParentMail and email. We strongly recommend downloading the ParentMail app to make receiving messages, making payments and booking clubs as simple and convenient as possible.
